HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

Cristina Ramella only offers returns or exchanges if the product you acquired has a manufactured detail, or if you wish to exchange sizes. Returns can only be refunded as Cristina Ramella ®️ Store Credit when applicable.

Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, bags, other signature packaging materials and security tags. Any returned products which are damaged, soiled, altered or do not include the packaging materials, may not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please note that exchanges or store credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Cristina Ramella ®.

PLEASE READ: Items returned without a Return Authorization cannot be accepted at our facility.

Once you got authorization from our customer care department you will receive a shipping label and further instructions by email.

DO YOU OFFER SIZE EXCHANGE?

We gladly accept exchanges with its original packaging, within fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order. Items can be exchanged only for the same model and if they are available on stock. 

Customer Care will give you instructions to return the package to its original destination. We will not accept items returned without the previous authorization from our Customer Care team.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN?

The customer will have to cover the return fee of the package, and we are happy to offer the new shipping without any cost.

We do request that you contact us at care@cristinaramella.com regarding such exchange.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received a damaged product or has a manufacturing fault please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the order to care@cristinaramella.com, please send in your email a photograph of the product where the damage is clearly noticed.

Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Cristina Ramella ® will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason. Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired when possible and subject to availability. When possible we will offer to repair the faulty item.

For factory defect we provide six-month warranty to exchange the jewel through our customer care team.  

We consider factory defect damages cases such as ruptures, split or fall of jewelry pieces. Tarnishing and plating fading are not considered factory defects.

Cristina Ramella ® reserves the right to revoke this offer if we identify what we believe to be a pattern of abuse or fraud. 

CAN I RETURN A SAMPLE ITEM?

Sample products are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchange. You can find also this information on each sample product details.

HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?

Cristina Ramella ® does not accept refunds on any product or kind of order, however we happily accept returns and we will give you back the amount of your order in store credit.
