This year was significant for us because it opened a new conversation of why we are really celebrating this day.
The essence of the brand has always been influenced by women. Strong independent and powerful women who are making a difference in this world. It's part of our identity and the message we have to the world. We want to celebrate them and not just for one day, thats why we will join #WCW Women Crush Wednesday as a space to talk about all these role models that are working to make a positive difference for women, their job, their family and the world. ]]>The concept of journey is very broad, it can have as many different meanings as travellers can count. Between adventurous explorers and lazy luxury travellers, there’s a whole world of diverse experience seekers. And this is maybe the only thing we all have in common: the longing for experiences.
I have been traveling and living abroad for almost a decade. Through these years, I’ve made myself a collection of adventures and places explored, from deserts to lush forests and remote islands to magical ships cruising enchanted waters or trains rolling through the African bush.
But if you ask me what was the most amazing thing I’ve seen or experienced during my travels, my answer will always be about the people, the culture and all they have taught me. There is no better way to understand a place than looking and experiencing how is to live in those conditions and learn from the locals, who have been interacting and evolving with it.
Every culture is a new window to look at the world with a completely different perspective, from the tribes of remote Indonesian jungles to the shamans of the Amazon forests, the Fijan warriors to the Andean healers. Getting to spend time with and learn from humans that are so very different from me has been the most mind-blowing experience of all.
On my last trip, I had the chance to stay for several months in Zanzibar and Tanzania. I spent most of my time working beside the Maasai of East Africa, a proud and wild community. It felt like traveling through time and space. They reminded me anew of the fact that we are all one big diverse family and should all be Guardians of the Earth. And what a beautiful reminder that is.

Mexico is a party full of colors, happiness and fits with any personality, just as this collection does. We thought there would be more stories like ours and wanted to hear about them so we invited some lovely, strong and foreign women with Mexican hearts to be part of the launch of the collection.
We enjoyed a delicious brunch at Sobremesa, it was such a beautiful event that it actually felt like a family breakfast. Everyone shared their personal story, talked to the other guests and listened why we are thankful to Mexico. I felt so moved to hear the stories of how they decided to stay here, what happened to their families, businesses and several amazing and empowering tales. I wish I could share every single word they used to define what Mexico makes them feel, but I would never be able to express it like them.
On my side, love brought me here I met my husband in Italy, then moved to New York and finally settle down in Mexico. Since I came here, I have grown both as a person and as a professional, this country has welcomed me as a mother and an entrepreneur and it inspires me every day with all the colors and warmth around me. Looking back, I could say that Mexico was a lovely chaos that made collision with the order I used to live in, yet it has filled my life with effervescence and happiness.
The love for this country is reflected on the jewels from the Collaboration with Daniela Bustos Maya, we share a deep affection for Mexico, we are grateful for all the moments and experiences it has given us. We embrace it as part of our identity and want to share it with the world.
GRACIAS MEXICO!

HOSTESS:
OUR GUESTS:
]]>Like every year, I take my family, my travel essentials and step into a plane back home, Italy. This time specifically in San Michele di Pagana, Liguria, where I spent my summers as a kid, grew up and later got married.
I wanted to share with you my favorite locations to hang out, from where to go shopping all the way to the sand and cristal waters of a beach.
First of all, you can’t start a trip without a great place to stay in; the hotel Excelsior Palace located in Rapallo and the Hotel Splendido Portofino are great choices. Perfect to relax and get a drink, they won’t disappoint you with their superior service and stunning views.
Portofino has beautiful landscapes worth taking five minutes to just breath in and admire. Rather than simply following the bay, get lost in the colorful streets, enjoy the local life and cusine. I’m sure you will fall in love with every single corner.
I think the beach and the sea are some of the most relaxing and amazing gifts the earth has given us, Liguria has some beautiful seascapes like Paraggi, Prelo and Camogli. I am thankful we got to visit them all in such a short time.
To enjoy the best Aperol Spritz aperitivo visit the Miami cafe in Santa Margharite Ligure, a small city where I love to go shopping and dinner later. What about a Spaghetti alle vongole? Maybe a Focaccia or some pasta al Pesto, a good vine, and for the sweet lovers, end up with the best gelato.
Definitely, a must-visit would be La Cervara, an ancient Italian convent of medieval origin. Today is private property and its church is open to Catholic worship. Is located next to the small town of Paraggi, next to the coast. The lovely garden and view are great to walk through and take pictures. If you want to visit, be sure to get a reservation some months before you come!
I can’t wait to be back in 2020, to see all the new corners and experiences that are waiting for me, See you soon!

Hanne Sagstuen, we love her travel and lifestyle site Boho Passport, looks what she has to say about us!
I recently discovered Cristina Ramella's beautiful world-inspired jewelry which celebrates the beauty of travel. Her beautiful jewelry is sparkled by wanderlust and couldn't be more me! It's supposed to capture the free spirit, and if anyone could capture me it's her!
These pics were taken driving up the Pacific Cost Highway with Malibu as our destination; the fresh ocean breeze, endless horizon, salty hair and sunkissed skin. I couldn't ask for a better place to relax and unwind.
There's a quote I love about travel and exploring the world and would like to share itwith you “Wanderlust consumed her; foreign hearts and exotic minds compelled her. She had a gypsy soul with a vibrant hope for the unknown.”
— D. MARIE
"To own a CRISTINA RAMELLA ® piece symbolizes endless curiosity and a love for what this world can give if you just open yourself up to it."

]]>"For this trip, me and my husband wanted to visit a new intriguing place where we could go to good restaurants and also go partying; since we have children, my in-laws offered to take care of them for one week so we went for 4 days to Santorini and another 3 days to Mykonos."
"One of my favorite places in Santorini was Oia, in here, you will find a magic place with beautiful houses, restaurants and stores, all of them in white colors with blue windows and roofs. The Mediterranean Sea has a dark blue color I’ve never seen before, it’s amazing!"
"I also liked Akrotiri Lighthouse, which is one of the oldest lighthouses in Greece and was constructed way back in 1892. We went there to see the sunset, it was impressive! The next day we returned but we decided not to go to the Lighthouse again but to have lunch in one of the restaurants with a pretty terrace and an ocean view."
"Nearby you can find Santorini Red Beach, which is popular because of its colour. When we come back we will rent a sunbed and an umbrella and spend all day enjoying the beach."
"Between Perivolos and Perissa is the best place to go for a drink, the restaurants are really close to the sea and there are a lot of bars and dreamy views where you can spend a lovely evening."
"We stayed in Vencia hotel in Mykonos, I loved it because it was really pretty, clean and romantic, with an impressive pool, beach view and delicious food! We enjoyed going to Agios Sostis, which is a beautiful beach where my husband went diving and there wasn’t many people around. I recommend you to grab a bite at Kikis or Nammos in Psarou Beach, you’ll love them! I remember ordering squid and their traditional white wine."
For a night out we went to Scorpios, we had the best time! You’ll find celebrities and elegant people, it is expensive but totally worth it, even though me and my husband didn’t go with a group, we had a really good time dancing and watching the sunset. I have to say that in places like Scorpios, Cristina Ramella jewels became a statement, many people asked me about the World Long Ring!
In Santorini we stayed in a hotel that I recommend, Hotel Sea View. It was really pretty, near the ocean, with nice rooms and a big pool! They had a lounge restaurant that was tasty and we loved the private beach.
I definitely love all of Cristina Ramella’s pieces, but if I have to choose, I would say The World Long Ring because it was the first one my husband bought me. I am currently obsessed with the Travel The World Bracelets.
For me every trip is different, even if I return to the same city or country. Every time I learn something new or get to know other restaurants, stores, people or places. I feel blessed, traveling opens my eyes, my brain and my heart! I don’t mind if the destination is 15 minutes away from my house or if it is a 24 hour journey, I am always excited and grateful.
My next destination is probably Querétaro, I love the city and I get excited to visit my friends.

“I spent 2 weeks as a tourist in Japan and there were hundreds of spots that I definitely loved. I went to Sensoji Temple which is one of Tokyo’s more colorful and popular temples, there were a lot of curious tourists there. I also visited Roppongi district which is know as one of Japan’s most popular nightlife districts, there are a lot of restaurants, night clubs and bars. If you want to spend a good time with your friends you must visit Roppongi.”
The only museum I visited was 21_21 Design Sight, I was impressed with the details, everything you see is a reflection of the amazing Japanese architecture and design, it was created by the architect Tadao Ando and the designer Issey Miyake.
I stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine in Roppongi which is located right across from the Izumi Garden Tower. The hotel is near by fitness clubs, restaurants, museums, and a luscious green park.
I enjoyed staying there because everything was so modern and clean! They location is excellent as well as their service and also the food was delicious!
I recommend you to walk around the city and get lost in it if you can, when you see a restaurant or a store that catches your attention, just go in and explore! The food I remember the most was the one I tried in a really small restaurant in a tiny town located in Japan’s mountains, it was in the back of a souvenir store and there were 4 or 5 tables in a beautiful terrace with a pretty view, everything was fantastic, the food, the prices, the presentation, the company and the flavor, these are the characteristics of many restaurants in Japan. Whether you enter to a fancy restaurant or a more casual one, everything is impeccably pretty and tasty.
My favorite piece from Cristina Ramella is the World Globe Necklace, for me it’s incredible to have planet Earth hanging from your neck. It’s such an unique jewelry piece!
I also love the city bangles and how you can build your own stack depending on the cities you love or have visited.
For me, traveling is the opportunity to see and be able to experiment places, people, landscapes, magazines and food that you never imagined existed and also discover other forms of “being”. Traveling is letting life itself surprise you in a beautiful way!
My next destination is India, I’ve never been there but is such an intriguing country full of colors and amazing people! I really want to go there and discover as much as I can, I can’t wait to visit the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort.

Where to stay? Hotel Villa Fontaine in Roppongi: http://www.hvf.jp/eng/location/roppongi.php
"Definitely, Taj Mahal is a must and maybe the most memorable place in Agra, non leaving unnoticed the other small Tombs, mausoleums and exotic ancient buildings in the city such as the "baby " Taj or Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah and The Red Fort. Still whenever I think about Agra, maybe my favorite time there was roaming at the other side of the Yamuna river, at the gardens of Mehtab Bagh, away from the hordes of tourists where you cannot only overlook the Taj but also it's reflections on the water."
"If you ever come to Agra and cannot access the Taj Mahal, for instance on a Friday when it's closed to tourists, maybe the next best thing is to visit the Mehtab Bagh gardens, which allows you to overlook the mausoleum from the backside of the river, it's still memorable and for a portion of the price. The best indian food you'll ever eat while in Agra is at Pinch Of Spice at Fatehabad Road, delicious, spicy and with excellent service."
If you ever feel exhausted about the noise, colors and people, please find yourself a quiet place. I was surprised to find so many public gardens, an hour or two seated on the grass and under the shadow of a tree was maybe the best remedy for the amazing but explosive hechices of the streets.
I didn't planned to stay in the city at first, however I found and stayed at Atulyaa Taj, a small nice hotel with terraces that overlook at the Taj, a refreshing and all-need-for-the-summer swimming pool and excellent service, I couldn't believe it was all for slightly above 20 USD per night in a 4 stars worthy private room. Nevertheless, I don't think it was luck, general accommodation in Agra and India is quite un-expensive, for as little of 40 USD you get a Hilton category hotel and for only 8 USD can still find affordable basic rooms, so I'd dare to say there's something for everyone on this historic town.
My favorite piece from Cristina Ramella is the Mexico Pendant my best friend gifted me, it's definitely my favorite piece of jewelry in general! It's simple and so nice looking, it's also a great conversation starter since a few people have the tendency of pointing it out, asking me about my own heritage and well, it also serves as a map whenever I speak about my hometown to people not very acquainted to the Mexican geography.
At first it was more about the excitement of just going to places, but over the years it has evolved into a passion for learning and discovering new uses, forms and flavors. It's not uncommon finding friendly people to talk or to listen, stories about different lives and realities that help me feel more connected to this world. Traveling has also helped me raise my own awareness about the culture I grew up in, but also to appreciate the small things that make life beautiful... like food!
Now, my travel plans are almost as goals! On the short term can't wait to visit Egypt and Greece next summer, to visit Kenya and Ethiopia in the following years and to plan an extensive 6 months experience across India, from the Kerala beaches in the south, going all up to the Himalayas in the north but this time, hopped on a motorcycle!

Every time I go to London I never get to decide what I love the most about the city, is it the amusement and joy? Is it the architecture and art? Or is it the endless lovely memories in the rain. The people I’ve met, the places I’ve been and the stories I’ve collected over the years. This city is so dear to me.
Even though I have planned every activity in advance to seize every minute, I don’t tight the agenda too much because I like to walk and enjoy the scenery, to stop everywhere that catches my attention and also because there are always some new trending spot to discover.
Never miss to walk at Queens Walk that leads everywhere from, Millennium Bridge, Southbank, London’s Eye to Parliament and Westminster Abbey. The Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods are my long time favorites too.
Some people might find very ordinary being in touristic sights, but I found a magical way to enjoy them, I take my time, find a nice spot and have some tea or a quick bite.
I love to chill at Hyde Park and afterwards going to Notthing Hill for lunch. On weekends, Portobello Road becomes pedestrian, when I go there I love to browse the antiques, groceries and any kind of artisan food and drinks.
There are many spots in Carnaby Street and Covent Garden that I never miss, but lately I found very fascinating going to Shoreditch to jump around shops, restaurants and coffee shops, is great for meetings with friends.
Most of the time I’m searching to have an English experience and there is nothing more English than having tea in the afternoon at the English Tea Room inside the Browns Hotel. For dinner I love Balthazar at Covent Garden, although it's very traditional and French I love its location and their truffle fries. I highly recommend Pizza East in Shoreditch where I had the best pizza and the atmosphere is great, downstairs there is a club that I always find out open even at lunchtime.
The Ivy is a must but Soho has a lot of amazing and divert restaurant options. I don’t go clubbing very often, I prefer to go to bars in Soho like My Place, it is a very tinny bar and people just grab their drinks and take them outside. In London you can mix any kind of experience.
My trips are always planned around to museums and art or fashion exhibitions. This time I went to Kensington Palace and of course the Victoria and Albert Museum. The Tate is great for Modern Art, it's very spacious and it gives me time to relax and think; and The National Gallery just because I’m passionate about art and being surrounded by masterpieces.
I always stay at the Sanderson because it's close to Regent and Oxford St where is idyllic to shop and is not too far from Bond St, another great street where I love shopping. For this trip I tried the Mondrian Hotel, which has a back view to the Thames and it's very close from all the places I love by walking. The hotel is modern and colorful; the personal is polite and friendly and last but not least is not close to traffic and noisy areas so I got a very nice sleep time.
I love to pile up the ‘City’ bangels, is like having a carry on memories of all those incredible trips I've made and makes me wonder where my next adventure would be. I also love the World Mexico necklace to have my beloved country at view.
I've always had this idea about traveling as part of the basic human needs, for me is more important than any material stuff. It gives you adventures, experience and culture, keeps your mind open and really makes me happy. One of my favorite quotes about traveling by Simon Raven that pretty much resumes my feelings and thoughts says: “Since life is short and the world is wide, the sooner start exploring, the better”.
I’m going to Miami very soon, is a recurrent city in my agenda and I always get very excited to get there and see the people I love and get to gather with my friends, hence is a city that is growing so fast there is always something new

]]>Since I was little, my dad always told me stories about Russia, I imagined its impressive buildings, its brave characters and the amazing events that occurred there. It became a dream for me to go on a trip to Russia and be able to admire everything by myself! Luckily I had the chance to go with my husband this year and let me tell you that Moscow was everything I expected, I came back thrilled because my dream came true!
My favorite spot was The Red Square and everything around it, it is beautiful and amazing, it's like the heart of the city! The Red Square has significant buildings, you can find Saint Basil's Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral, the GUM store, the State Museum, the Kremlin and the Lenin Mausoleum.
Travel Tips:
Where to go?
“One of my latest trips was to Cambodia; Angkor Wat had been on my bucket list forever, so I was super excited to travel there. Angkor is one of the most important archaeological sites in South-East Asia, it extends over approximately 400 square kilometres and consists of many temples, hydraulic structures as well as communication routes. Angkor is a major site exemplifying cultural, religious and symbolic values, as well as containing high architectural, archaeological and artistic significance. This symbolic site and its surroundings are protected by the UNESCO.
The park is inhabited, and many villages, some of whom the ancestors are dating back to the Angkor period are scattered throughout the park. The population practices agriculture and rice cultivation.”
It was absolutely breathtaking and I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the nearby town of Siem Reap; the atmosphere was amazing and the houses, in old-French architectural style, looked almost as welcoming as the people living there.”
"The town of Siem Reap is divided by a river, conveniently named the Siem Reap River. Along the waterside is an old market (and several night markets), where locals sell food, herbs, souvenirs and clothing. Even though the town is small, there are lots of tourists and the nightlife is vibrant. One of my favorite places was the pubstreet, where you can enjoy a drink or some amazing local, or international food.”
“We stayed in the Frangipani Villa Hotel, just outside the buzzing center. (You can get there by walking only ten minutes). It is a small, clean hotel, with kind staff and good food, its style reflects the best contemporary Cambodian design which I loved Plus, it has a swimming pool so you can enjoy a swim during the hot days! You can also use one of the hotel’s guest bikes for an early morning ride around the town and then return for a delicious breakfast.”
I visited the Man Mo Temple, one of Hong Kong’s oldest temples and a declared monument surrounded by the city chaos. It is wonderful and leaves you impressed!
Traveling has made me realize that the happiness that a trip makes you feel depends only in yourself, it is not about how far you go or with how many people you travel but the attitude you have towards the experience and your desire to visit new places. Either making short trips or long ones, traveling solo or with company, coming back happy or having experiences where you come back home crying, are only little tests of the adventure that is coming...

"I love traveling but I don’t have a favorite destination, or better said, I have many different favorite destinations. One of them is definitely Japan, I love the people’s mentality and how they mix their incredible traditions and culture with their modern way of life.
Another one of my favorite places is Sydney, where I will always return with pleasure, I really like their ‘laid back’ way of life and the beautiful landscapes wherever you go.”
This time she fell in love with New Caledonia, an archipel of different islands located to the east of Australia and south of the thousands of islands and archipelagos making up Melanesia and Micronesia "It has a delightful semi-tropical climate, white sand beaches, nice people, and amazing biodiversity everywhere you look around.”
“The absolute must see when in New Caledonia is the Tjibaou Cultural Center in Noumea [its capital] which was designed by Renzo Piano, a world famous Italian architect. The structure is completly out of wood which inserts itself in the sorrounding nature. It is just a few minutes car drive from the center and you will be stunned with this architectural masterpiece in the middle of the South Pacific!"
“You probably know the cover of the book Earth From Above, from Yann Arthus Bertrand, with the heart shaped mangrooves from above; well this place is situated on Grand Terre which is the main island. When you do the round trip by car you should take a small deviation to get there and from the top of the hill you can appreciate all the beautiful things nature can create.”
“I strongly suggest you to visit Isle of Pines, which is called ‘The closest island to paradise’. In here, you can take a trip on a traditional caledonian pirogue (sailing boat) to admire the beautiful crystalline waters and nature. This island has long been one of New Caledonia’s most touristic locations, without losing anything of its soul or authenticity!”
"Lifou is another island that I loved because it is so magical! It is found around a hundred kilometers east of the Grande Terre, in here you can visit Noel Pia’s cave where you can go swim and explore ¡It is a really cool experience!”
“As New Caledonia is in middle of nowhere you won’t find any fancy restaurants or bars, either try local food like bougna a traditional Kanak dish which is made of sliced root vegetables like taro, manioc, yams and coconut milk; pork, chicken or seafood may be used in the filling and it is wrapped in banana leaves before being cooked over hot stones in an earth oven.”
We stayed at hotel Drehu Village in Lifou which was cute and just right at the sea shore. It is a small hotel with a lovely pool and maybe the only place where you were able to eat something in a restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay there.
Cristina Ramella jewelry for me is a unique collection of pieces which represent the free spirit that you have and drive you to explore new places.
Traveling for me means exploration and learning. Discovering new places means you learn new cultures, people, languages, food and traditions.
It's always emotional!
Following this trip we will spend a few days in Prague where we will visit friends and after that we will be heading to Cape Town to warm up ourselves during this European winter! Can’t wait to explore it!

I was really excited when the brand contacted me to write about my last trip to Las Vegas, I am a faithful follower of the brand because I love their designs and what they represent.
I’ve been to Las Vegas a couple of times before and each time I take long walk through the world-themed hotels and watch a Cirque du Soleil show. It is an amazing city, its atmosphere and uncountable parties and shows make it worth visiting. Tourists from all over the world visit Las Vegas Strip to have fun, gamble, see the attractions and who knows, maybe even get married in one of the many chapels located in the city!
I love to shop and I recommend the “Fashion Mall” because it is really big and you can find a great variety of fashion brands. If shopping so much makes you a little hungry, you can grabe a bite at Maggiano’s, an Italian restaurant inside the mall, which offers delicious food!
For Christmas dinner, we made reservations at Lavo Restaurant, located inside The Palazzo hotel. We have had never been there before, but it was so elegant and modern! My whole family really enjoyed it and I promise you, the salmon I ordered was exquisite! My dad ordered tuna, my mom a salad and my sister, pasta and everyone said it was fascinating!
I had such a great time at Las Vegas! We bought tickets for the Cirque du Soleil “O” show at the Bellagio Hotel, it was stunning, performers and artists are extremely talented and the decoration leaves you breathless! I had watched “Le Reve” show 3 years ago, and I can’t decide which one is my favorite yet, both are amazing. I recommend you to buy the tickets online with a lot of anticipation because the demand is really high and they are often sold out, we bought ours 4 months before.
A must-see attraction while you are in Las Vegas are the Bellagio Fountains, they are absolutely free for any visitor to enjoy and I really recommend you to take time to see the shows! They have different dates and times so I leave you the link with their schedule: www.bellagio.com/en.html
We stayed at The Venetian Hotel, which is located in The Strip right next to The Palazzo Hotel, it is a really big resort and casino that will marvel you by its resemblance to Venice. You can take a gondola ride through the Grand Canal and feel like you are in Italy! We really liked it and I believe it is my favorite hotel in Las Vegas because of its decoration, theme and stores!
After Christmas, we wanted to see a little snow so we went skiing at Lee Canyon, we bought our tickets when we got there and rented the equipment! We took a lesson of 1 hour and then we went on our own. We had a great time skying!
I love to wear Cristina Ramella jewelry because it combines the best of both worlds: Wearing jewelry and accessories that reflect the passion of traveling around the world is fascinating and innovative!
Traveling for me, Paulina, means adventure, it means to go out of your comfort zone, explore and meet new people, cultures, food and places! The trips I’ve made will always have a special place in my heart because I got to share them with my family or with my friends and spending time with them is my favorite thing.
My family is planning a trip to Europe for next summer; we want to visit Italy, France and Spain. I specially want to go back to Barcelona, I fell in love with this city last summer when I traveled there with my cousin! It is completely amazing, fun, colorful and its food is to die for!
Traveling is one of my passions, I am grateful for the trips I’ve made and excited for the ones that are coming in the future!

Since I was little, I’ve always had a traveler’s soul. I lived in Tuscany, Italy, I’ve walked through the dunes of Dubai’s dessert, I’ve watched the sunrise in Capadocia up in the sky in a hot air balloon, I’ve eaten tortilla Española while watching Spanish dancers perform their famous dance tablao, I’ve admired beautiful palaces in San Petersburg and many other adventures while having my beloved ones by my side.
This trip to Canada was the first time I traveled completely by myself and I have to admit it was really scary at first but it turned out to be a really interesting experience and a risk I was happy to take. Traveling alone is never easy but the great part is that you learn a lot about yourself, you meet many different people and get to enjoy places you’ve never visited before.
Here is what you can do in Vancouver: rent a bike and have a ride around the beautiful island and to Stanley Park, visit the art galleries and Public Market in Granville Island, cross the moving bridge in Capilano and go to Victoria Island in a ferry tour that gives you the opportunity to see whales!
If you are looking for a little bit of party you can visit Granville Street; you will have a great time at Granville Room Bar with excellent music, drinks and food.
And please try the Canadian traditional dish: Poutine at La Belle Palate! The most beautiful landscapes I’ve ever seen are in Banff National Park in Alberta. I highly recommend you going to as many lakes as you can, each one has its own beauty; I took amazing pictures at lakes Morraine, Louise and Emerald, but there are many others too.
In Vancouver I stayed in the Hyatt Regency Hotel which is located downtown, it is really close to all the attractions and transportation; and in Banff I stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel, this one is really interesting because it is in the middle of the forest and the views from the rooms are breathtaking.
For me, the world jewelry is a reminder of the adventures and the world outside waiting to be discovered. I believe that traveling is the most exciting journey through a world full of surprises and the best way to meet new people and getting to discover new things about yourself.
I really want to keep getting to know my beautiful country so my next destination would be a place inside Mexico.

The best way to get to know San Miguel is to wander around this pedestrian-friendly city, discover small restaurants, find some perfect spots for photographs, admire its beautiful streets and go shopping on their selective concept stores.
The principal building is La Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, you will be amazed by it’s architecture and beautiful terrarium colors, the weddings that take place in here seem like taken out of a fairytale.
If you are planning to stay in this outstanding city, I highly recommend El Hotel Nena. This hotel only has 6 rooms which are decorated with an amazing taste and will make you feel at home; the staff gives you the best kind of service and attention, you will eat spectacular food in Nexia restaurant located inside the hotel, admire the art pieces that are exhibited and definitely enjoy the breathtaking view that the rooftop has to offer.
For the perfect Sunday brunch you must go to Restaurante 1826 inside The Rosewood Hotel where you will find exquisite food and a pleasant atmosphere, the menu offers tradicional Mexican dishes prepared with organic ingredients that you would absolutely love. My favorite dish in here are the classic Mexican chilaquiles, prepared with cheese, cream and sauce, they make Sunday brunch perfect! As well you can't skip taking a mezcal's coctel with the 360 rooftop view at the Luna Rooftop Tapas bar.
If you like art and design, La Aurora is the right place for you. It is a former textile fabric in which you can find the most amazing galleries of the place, filled with art pieces that will leave you amazed. Something that I loved is that they offer open art workshops where people can go and witness how artists do their magic and finally, if you feel hungry after watching a lot of art, La Aurora has different restaurants with a great variety of food for you to sit and enjoy!
For some shopping near downtown you can find Casa R, a Concept Store with a exquisite selection of products, furniture, decoration, clothes, jewelry and accessories. Here you can find some of our best-seller pieces too.
Lots of love,
Traveling is such a magical experience, always unexpected, full of new adventures, places and people. Our brand inspiration is always behind wanderlust addicts with the need to fill their passports until the last page. Since the brand was born, Carola van Bronswick has inspired us with her passion to travel. She has been a loyal client and a friend of the brand.
Carola is an enthusiastic Dutch traveler who loves fashion and photography, she is a travel agent who has visited amazing places all around the world and has taken her Cristina Ramella Jewelry with her, we love all the #WorldTravelingHands photos she has shared with us.
For this new edition of #WorldTravelingCrush, Carola shared with us her experience and recommendations about her favorite destination so far, Iceland.
"Iceland is such a magical place with greatest wonders of nature, definitely my favorite destination." A beautiful place surrounded by nature, it's principal tourist destination is Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, a coastline area characterized by peninsulas, islands, and coves. If you are visiting during summer you'll find almost 24 hours of daylight, literally is the city that never sleeps!
"On your way from the airport don't forget to visit The Blue Lagoon for the ultimate spa experience". Thermal pools and spas are one of the principal attractions in Reykjavik. A natural experience and part of the place’s culture.
"If you are looking for a good eating experience I highly recommend Bistro/Bar Vegamot, which offers great food and don't forget to get one of the famous hotdogs from Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur." Iceland is the home of impressive natural attractions, relaxing, cultural and historical experiences. "The Golden Circle is a must-do excursion when in Iceland because it takes you along the greatest wonders of nature!"
"I stayed in the Ion Luxury Adventure Hotel. It's a 45 minute drive from Reykjavik and the views and food are amazing here!" The hotel is against mountainous lava fields where you can enjoy the amazing view of the Northern Lights and trek across an ancient glacier.
Carola has been reflecting her globetrotter spirit to the brand and she is well representing our concept of keeping memories through jewelry. "World Jewelry represents a big part of me because traveling is my true passion and also my profession since I'm a travel agent. Travel means the world to me. I love to explore other cultures and take in the beauty of nature all around the world “
She never stops! She just got back from a road trip through South-West USA and in two months she is traveling to India & Nepal. We can't wait to see more of her #WorldTravelingHands pictures there!

With a lot of expectations, they traveled to the magic city filled with palaces, marketplaces, gardens and mosques. One of those places of novels and stories; poets used to call it the “Pearl of the South“, also known as the “Red City.”
LAURA - The old city is spectacular, surrounded by a big wall and its entrance doors. It’s like a passage through other time. Inside Medina you can find the riads, small and antique arab palaces, with inside courtyards, which have been converted into beautiful hotels, perfect to stay in Marrakech. You can hear water running all the time because of the central fonts, delight the smell of the vegetation and incredible views of Medina enjoying a mint tea. The hospitality is very good too and I highly recommend the delicious breakfasts and quiet and relaxed nights during the stay. If you decided to stay outside the Mediana you should go sometime to take dinner in a famous riad, we went to La Sultana, and it’s worth it big time. (Can be tricky to get there through the mazes of Medina but you always find help.)”
Jamaa el Fna is a square and market place in Marrakesh's medina quarter, the heart of the city where all the routes end and begin. In the mornings you can find monkeys, snake enchanters and water sellers, and in the night it transforms and gets filled with food stalls. It’s great to see how does the square changes during the day, you can appreciate it in a beautiful terrace on the Café Glacie.
Marketplaces are without a doubt one of the principal attractions there, I recommend Zoco Market, for sure you’ll get lost because is one of the biggest there, but if you like shopping is a great place to buy beautiful and singular things like metal lanterns, slippers, chilabas, tea sets, spices or clothes.
Majorette Gardens really surprised us, there are beautiful botanic gardens designed by the french artist Jacques Majorelle, which on the 80’s was bought by Yves Saint Laurent, the perfect spot to take a breath of the noisy city of Marrakech and refuge from the heat under the trees. The vegetation variety is amazing it has species from all over the world, cactus, bamboos, plants and flowers. The fonts and blue buildings makes it a magical place, one of the most visited spots in the city.
You can’t miss the Palace of the Bay, built at the end of the XIX century to be the most spectacular palace of the world. It’s a mix of buildings and gardens with arab style with eight hectares between one of the most important spots on the harem with a pond in the center surrounded the concubine's rooms. The place is kind of abandoned without objects on their interiors, but it's worth it a lot for the view. And all time I was imaging how beautiful this place was in its best times.
One of my favorite buildings was the Koutoubia Minaret of 66 meters tall. Koutoubia is the most important mosque in Marrakech and one of the biggest in the arab side. It’s placed near Plaza Jamaa el Fna and easy to enjoy its view from any terrace or restaurant of the zone. We appreciated through our hotel room, called Mamounia, one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve been. It’s impossible to visit Marrakech without enjoying their delicious mix of flavors. It has an enormous variety of traditional plates like couscous, tanginess and pigeon b'stills.
At the end we decided to visit Atlas mountains with a length of 2,400 kilometers crossed Marrakech and others cities. what I admired the most was the way their population lives, the hard work, self-consumption and creativity for their beautiful crafts.
Something turned very clear for me on this trip, Marrakesh is a mix of experiences and sensations combine with big contrasts between the silence of the desert and its vibrant city, You definetly will chance your perpective after visiting this place.
I’ve enjoyed every part of traveling, the plans transformed to memories and guide to another destine, hopping to go even farther for my next adventure! -

“We decided to do a blog together as sisters because it’s a mutual dream we’ve had for a long time, it wasn’t until talking to each other that we decided to do it together. Our goals were the same, our vision was too and as they say “two heads think better than one”, and just like that “TrendTellers” was born.”
“There’s been so many places we’ve traveled together that it’s hard to choose only one place as our favorite; but our top two would definitely be Paris & New York. We loved New York, the people and the ambience is so diverse & multicultural; you learn so much while you’re there & there’s always some new trend to meet. Paris is hard to explain in such few words, but in a nutshell it’s the home of fashion and tendencies; the headquarters of the greatest designers are there; It’s a fashion blogger’s fantasy!”
“We tend to use the World Jewelry quite a lot in our pictures, the World Cuff is a solid statement piece that will make heads turn your way every single time! Besides, we can really connect with the meaning of the Jewelry, traveling is a basic aspect of our lives and having a piece that symbolizes that is amazing.”
“Our goals for the future are many, but one of the most important is to keep growing our blog! Not only on followers (they’re important of course) but on collaborations with other brands, travel destinations, visiting Fashion Week and getting recognition from brands we look up to. One of our number one goals is to promote brands that are new or that are not so well known as international ones (like Chanel, YSL, Louis Vuitton), but smaller brands that we believe are having a big impact on the fashion industry without many people knowing!”
“I travel for the sense of Freedom. I travel because of the culture, the knowledge and the excitement to meet new places. I believe that when we travel our sense and vision of the world is extended to a whole new level.”
“I've returned every traveled experience knowing something has changed. Traveling with my World Jewelry reminds me that after every adventure I'm taking new experiences, memories and future aspirations with me."
“One of my favorite places I’ve visited is definitely Patagonia because it’s one of the most natural places I’ve been to. I was impressed by the fact that it was completely isolated and you felt as if you could find yourself there, in the middle of nowhere. Another place I’ve enjoyed visited was San Francisco, I believe it’s a completely modern & vibrant city which I enjoyed very much.”
“One of my top bucket list places is Africa, I believe that all of this continent is a whole new experience and I’d love to go and meet new countries and their cultures. Also I believe that the whole volunteering experience is one that I would love to do at least once in my life.”

"Travelling fulfills the soul and allows the mind to reach it's full potential. With every move, a piece of me is unlocked and I grow as a person."
Their latest destination was Shanghai, China. It’s safe to say that this modern, vibrant city is one that’ll definitely won’t disappoint; from the 632m Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, with distinctive pink spheres Shanghai is a must in China and as Terry let us know it was their favourite in this asian country.
“My favourite place in China was without a doubt Shanghai, because of it's combination of modern and contemporary lifestyle. There was simply a feeling throughout the city that I have never experienced before.”
“The world jewelry represents our ambition to experience the beauty of the world. There is definitely a connection between our goals and the jewelry, which is special.”
“Our next destination is Greece, followed by our big move to Israel, where we will be living in Tel Aviv and starting the new chapter in our lives.”
Terry & Sarah are quite the globetrotting inspiration for us, they reflect the love of traveling, adventures, fashion and food all together. We love how much they care about each other and will definitely keep in touch with them to discover the adventures that await for them.

Traveling has always been an aspect of our lives. Since we were little our dad always tried to inculcate the love for travel and adventure in our minds, and we believe he has accomplished it tremendously. From deserts, to snow mountains, or to hot sand beaches, the spirit for adventures and discovering the unknown has followed us throughout the years. Cristina Ramella captures the spirit of traveling and adventures in her Jewelry in a way that few brands have and that is why we are delighted that we were given the chance to work with her and her newest pieces in our latest trip.
The feeling of getting inside an airplane and knowing that a new place, new people, food, smells, and sensations are waiting for you is a feeling that we know we'll never get tired of. Our traveling plans always promise to be different and this was not an exception.
As we looked through the airplane window we could see the hundreds of different shades of blue that were starting to appear in front of our eyes. Cozumel has always been underrated if compared to Cancun or Playa del Carmen, both beautiful but much more commercial than this little island we were about to land into. After a few hours of picking up our luggage and renting a car we finally headed to “Naah Ha” which would be our home for the week. Our department was beautiful, we loved all the spaces in which you could lay down and relax; but the highlight was the view, we were on the 8th floor which meant we could see into the sea and beyond.
People go to Cozumel for three reasons mainly: Scuba Diving, the food and friendly environment or to simply escape life for a moment and enjoy this island’s hidden secrets; and that’s what we did. We scuba dived two times a day for 4 days straight, and to be honest, I feel like it wasn’t enough. We saw so many incredible creatures and plants that every time we finished a dive I couldn’t wait to go back inside. Sharks, turtles, stingrays, fish, lobsters and starfishes are just some of the few amazing creatures Cozumel let us meet.
Anyone who has ever scuba dived knows that the one side effect of diving is strong, hunger. As soon as you go out of the water and into the ship your body feels exhausted and begs you for food, which is why we always packed some snacks for the trip. When we returned to shore we would hit some of Cozumel’s most famous spots to eat; “Le Chef” with its famous Lobster Sandwich, “New Especias” with its delicious Risotto or “Guidos” which is probably one of the best restaurants in the island and won’t disappoint you.
We enjoyed every single day and even met with a few friends which were staying in the building beside us. Cozumel is definitely the vacation you are looking for if you want to take some time off life and enjoy every moment; the food, the places and the people are very friendly and they definitely make you feel at home. This vacation was the first but definitely not the last for us here.
Our favorite quote is “Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer”, and we do try to live off it; because we believe that there is no better way to spend your time or money than on traveling. It's the best investment you will ever make.
Love, Pam y Maria
