WHICH COUNTRIES DOES Cristina Ramella ® SHIP TO?

Cristina Ramella ® ships worldwide except specific countries.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Mexico. Depending on your shipping address and shipping method, your order may take between 2 to 14 business days to arrive. In addition, please note that order processing is from 0 to 3 business days.

During holiday and sale season, delivery times may be longer than estimated below. Our busiest seasons being: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 24-5 December, 31 December - 1 January, February 14th, Mother's Day, among others.

Please be aware that depending on the country of destination and its Customs Department, some shipping delays may be inevitable on which we have no control over.

HOW MUCH DUTIES / TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

All orders are process and shipped from Queretaro, Mexico. If the shipping destination is outside Mexico, import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees may be charged upon the package. This are generated once the parcel has reached the country of destination and shall be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

Shipping charges paid at the moment of placing an order at www.cristinaramella.com does not include the payment of import duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. The package is subject to delivery until these fees are paid. Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax).

If the package is rejected at the moment of delivery, it will return to origin address. In this case, the client shall be responsable for shipping associated cost, including duties charged at the moment of delivery at the origin address.

At the moment of purchase you can check Terms & Conditions, where we specify that orders are subject of import fees, and is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Here is specify that the payment, in case of generated, is sole responsibility of the client. For an order to be complete you must check the box which says that you have read and accept them.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order have been received and paid, it will be process and shipped to shipping address. A shipping confirmation email will be send to the email address enter at the moment of checkout, with information about carrier used and tracking number. Cristina Ramella ® Team keeps tracking of all packages until they reach delivery status.

WHAT HAPPEN ON A SALE OR A SAMPLE SALE?

Cristina Ramella ® will inform the client before he/she adds a product to the cart if the product is a Sample (check product details) or if the product is purchased during a Sale.

Cristina Ramella ® is unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on items originally purchased as Samples, on a Sale or any special promotion on which products are temporarily reduced in price.

Once an item has been purchased at a discounted Sale price or as a Sample item, the client is aware that the product may have defects. In this case Cristina Ramella ® is not responsible of faulty products but is happy to advice the client how to repair them. For more information regarding repairs contact care@cristinaramella.com.

All sales and/or promotional codes made by Cristina Ramella ® are valid from the dates established in the announcement and may not applied on any other orders made before or after those dates.

HOW DO PROMOTIONAL CODES WORK?

All promotional codes made by Cristina Ramella ® are limited to use only one time per client. The promotional codes will be valid for the time period determined by Cristina Ramella ® and available to use only in one purchase by customer. 

WHAT DOES PRE ORDER MEANS?

Products with a Pre-order button are currently out of stock, but will be back in stock in a short amount of time or made to order (custom made) at the moment of purchase.

This products are eligible to purchase, and will be process and ship in the shortest amount of time possible. For made to order products, production and delivery time vary from 6 to 8 weeks. For out of stock products, back in stock time will be specify upon each, from 1 to 8 weeks. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO BUY AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

IS MY PRODUCT GOING TO BE THE SAME COLOR/FINISHED AS IS DISPLAYED IN THE WEBSITE?

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Cristina Ramella ® can not guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS?

Yes, please contact us at care@cristinaramella.com for specific information and details about it, such as design, materials, estimated production times and cost.

It is required the full payment of the product to start production. Once your custom piece is done we will contact you before shipping to confirm address and shipping specifications.
