WHICH COUNTRIES DOES Cristina Ramella ® SHIP TO?

Cristina Ramella ® ships worldwide except specific countries.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are dispatched from our Mexico or USA warehouse, depending on your shipping address and shipping method. Your order may take between 4 to 10 business days to arrive, please see our Shipping link for more detailed information on estimated time of arrival. 

During holiday and sale season, delivery times could be longer. Our busiest seasons are: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December 18-25th, December 28th - January 6th, February 14th, Mother's Day, among others.

Please be aware that depending on the country of destination and its Customs Department, some shipping delays may be inevitable on which we have no control over.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?

Cristina Ramella® orders inside USA, Mexico and Canada do not pay duties nor taxes.

On all other orders and just in the case of generating taxes, the customer will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country the order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they, unfortunately, cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Cristina Ramella ®. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Shipping charges paid at the moment of placing an order at www.cristinaramella.com does not include the payment of import duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. The package is subject to delivery until these fees are paid. Product prices does not include VAT (Value Added Tax) for USA and will .

If the package is rejected at the moment of delivery, it will be returned to the original address. In this case, the client shall be responsible for shipping associated cost, including duties charged at the moment of delivery at the origin address.

At the moment of purchase, you can review our Terms & Conditions, where we specify that orders are subject to import fees, and is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The payment, in case of generated, is sole responsibility of the client. For an order to be completed you must check the box which says that you have read and accept them.

 HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order has been received and paid, it will be processed and shipped to shipping address. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered at the moment of checkout, with information about carrier used and tracking number. Cristina Ramella ® Team keeps tracking of all packages until they reach delivery status.

WHAT HAPPENS ON A SALE OR A SAMPLE SALE?

Cristina Ramella ® will inform the client before he/she adds a product to the cart if the product is a Sample (check product details) or if the product is purchased during a Sale.

Cristina Ramella ® is unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on items originally purchased as Samples, on a Sale or any special promotion on which products are temporarily reduced in price.

Once an item has been purchased at a discounted Sale price or as a Sample item, the client is aware that the product may have defects as noted on each product specifications. In this case Cristina Ramella ® is not responsible of faulty products but is happy to advice the client how to repair them. For more information regarding repairs contact care@cristinaramella.com.

All sales and/or promotional codes made by Cristina Ramella ® are valid from the dates established in the announcement and may not applied on any other orders made before or after those dates.

HOW DO PROMOTIONAL CODES WORK?

All promotional codes made by Cristina Ramella® are limited to use only one time per client. The promotional codes will be valid for the time period determined by Cristina Ramella® and available to use only in one purchase by customer. 

Promotional Codes do not apply with other promotions such as gift with purchase or other coupons.

WHAT DOES PRE ORDER MEAN?

Products with a Pre-order button are currently out of stock, but will be back in stock in a short amount of time or made to order (custom made) at the moment of purchase.

These products are eligible to purchase, and will be processed and shipped in the shortest amount of time possible. For made to order products, production and delivery time vary from 5 to 8 weeks. For out of stock products, back in stock time will be specified upon each, from 1 to 8 weeks. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO BUY AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

IS MY PRODUCT GOING TO BE THE SAME COLOR/FINISHED AS DISPLAYED IN THE WEBSITE?

 We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Cristina Ramella ® cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS?

Yes, please contact us at design@cristinaramella.com for specific information and details about it, such as design, materials, estimated production times and cost.

We require upfront payment on customized products. Once your custom piece is finished we will contact you before shipping to confirm address and shipping specifications.
