HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping varies depending on the amount of order and destination, please see the chart below.
**During holiday and sale season, delivery times may be longer than estimated. Our busiest seasons are: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December 18-25th, December 28th - January 6th, February 14th, Mother's Day, among others.
Note that for customized products production time takes from 4-5 weeks.
COUNTRIES UNAVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING: Aland Islands, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Venezuela and Brasil. For Russia & Greece shipping, we only use postal service and there is an estimated time of arrival of 8 weeks. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
Be aware that depending on the country of destination import duties, taxes or brokerage fees may be charged for the package. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, an email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If haven't received one, your package hasn't been fulfilled yet. Please make sure to check your Spam Inbox and if you don't receive an email in 3 business days email us at logistics@cristinaramella.com
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS, depending on the best service available.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?
In case of duties generated, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Cristina Ramella ®.

Packages delivered inside Mexico, no duties will be generated.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS REJECTED BY THE CLIENT AT THE MOMENT OF DELIVERY?
Cristina Ramella® will decide if the package is returned or abandoned by the carrier. In case the client requests for the package to be re-sent to the address provided or any other after the package has been returned to origin address, an extra charge will be generated to the customer to cover the cost of the return shipping, taxes, second shipping, and any other extra charge made.
