HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on the destination of the package.

*Please be aware that depending on the country of destination import duties, taxes or brokerage fees may be charged for the package. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Mexico. Depending on your shipping address and shipping method, your order may take between 2 to 14 business days to arrive. In addition, please note that order processing is from 0 to 3 business days.

During holiday and sale season, delivery times may be longer than estimated below. Our busiest seasons being: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 24-5 December, 31 December - 1 January, February 14th, Mother's Day, among others.

Please be aware that depending on the country of destination and its Customs Department, some shipping delays may be inevitable on which we have no control over.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, an email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please check your Spam Inbox or email us at logistics@cristinaramella.com.

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

 We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

FedEx and UPS.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?

In the case of generated, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they, unfortunately, cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Cristina Ramella ®.

If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Packages delivered inside Mexico, no duties will be generated.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

You may use one (1) return label to return multiple products from different orders in one package. All shipping cost of the products, whether they are for return or exchange, shall be covered by the client. We do request that you contact us at care@cristinaramella.com regarding such returns. Returns may be sent to the address below:

PLEASE READ: Items returned without a Return Authorization cannot be accepted at our facility.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS REJECTED BY THE CLIENT AT THE MOMENT OF DELIVERY?

Cristina Ramella® will decide if the package is to return or abandon by the carrier. In case the client request for the package to be re-send to the address provided or any other after the package has been returned to origin address, an extra charge will be generated to the customer to cover the cost of the return shipping, taxes, 2nd shipping, and any other extra charge made.
