These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products through www.cristinaramella.com. By placing an order for such Products, you agree to be bound by, and accept, these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Cristina Ramella ® without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion.
Cristina Ramella ® does not allow the use of the web site’s contents or the trademark for any other purpose than what is written below. Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from Cristina Ramella ®.
Cristina Ramella ® is the owner of the web site www.cristinaramella.com and its contents. This includes, but is not limited to, the documentation, images, characters, design, music, software, codes and format scripts. The material included in the web site www.cristinaramella.com is protected by copyright.
- ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of, order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your method payment has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees. We ship your package DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. If you deny the package sent by us, we will still hold you responsible for all shipping associated costs, including duties charged to us.
- PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows: Payments may be processed in United States Dollars. Charges for shipping will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies, as described here. Payments made on debit/credit cards outside of US dollars will be calculated using currency conversion on the day of the transaction by your credit/debit card bank. You agree thatCristina Ramella ® is not responsible for any credit shortages due to currency conversion rates.
- CHANGES IN PRODUCTS & PRICING
We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of Products, and we may discontinue Products at any time without notice. All pricing for the Products is subject to change. For all of our prices and Products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. If the price of an order changes after you’ve paid for it in full or after you’ve paid the down payment before the shipping of the Product is made, in some cases your order will be canceled and your money refunded. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with Product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or Product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall advise you of the canceled order and the refund will be process though the method of payment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy, as set here.
- CONTESTS & PROMOTIONS
On occasion Cristina Ramella ® issues promotional codes, site credits, and similar “gift certificates” which will provide a credit towards a purchase on the Website when redeemed at checkout. These codes are non-transferrable, and are to be used only by the intended recipient. In particular, Cristina Ramella ® reserves the right to cancel a promotion and/or to reject redemption of a promotional code when the total value of the promotional code exceeds a certain value, generally the price of the item for which the promotional code is used. Promotions are only eligible for full-priced products and are limited to one per transaction. Minimum spends may be required and will be communicated on any correspondence. Where a promotion has been communicated via email, the promotional code is non-transferable and the email address provided during checkout must be the same as the email address to which the promotion was sent. Cristina Ramella ® shall not be liable to any customer for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of a promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to use a promotional code for any reason. Promotional codes do not cover the costs of any shipping, duties, and/or regional taxes where applicable. These are to be paid by you. All promotions have an expiration date which will be indicated in any communication to the customer. Once a promotion has expired the amount may not be refunded. If the promotion is still active, it will be refunded back to the customer to be used towards a future order. Any and all Cristina Ramella ®´s contest rules and regulations will be communicated directly to the customer.
SALES AND SAMPLES
Cristina Ramella ® will inform the client before he/she adds a product to the cart if the product is a Sample (check product details) or if the product is purchased during a Sale. Cristina Ramella ® is unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on items originally purchased as Samples, on a Sale or any special promotion on which products are temporarily reduced in price.
Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price or as a Sample item, the client is aware that the product may have defects. In this case Cristina Ramella ® is not responsible of faulty products but is happy to advice the client how to repair them. For more information regarding repairs contact care@cristinaramella.com.
All sales and/or promotional codes made by Cristina Ramella ® are valid from the dates established in the announcement and may not applied on any other orders made before or after those dates.
SAMPLES and SALE products are not combinable with other coupon offers, not valid on Gift Cards or previously purchased merchandise.

The products on sale on the web site www.cristinaramella.com are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer”, Cristina Ramella ® intends person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at www.cristinaramella.com. Therefore, Cristina Ramella ® invites Clients who may not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with www.cristinaramella.com nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the merchandise on sale. In regard to the commercial policy described above, Cristina Ramella ® reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies.
