PRODUCT CARE INFORMATION 

Cristina Ramella® jewelry is made of brass or stainless steel with high quality surface plating of 24k or 18k gold, 14k rose gold or rhodium.

This surface treatment will fade over time because of contact with clothes, hard surfaces, sweat, perfume, hairspray, air pollution, humidity and others. Every day or very frequent wear, may speed up this process especially on items like rings, pendants and bracelets, which have more frequent contact with surfaces.  

Avoid direct contact with water and chemical products e.g. soap, perfume, lotions, abrasive products. Do not wear jewelry when in the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering.

Avoid direct contact with water, cosmetic and chemical products since they can all cause tarnishing and damage. Avoid impact with hard surfaces as much as possible. 

Coil chains gently to prevent damage in storage. To care for and extend the life of this product, store it in a cool dry place.  When not in use keep your jewel in the felt bag provided for protection. 

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR JEWEL

Gently wipe jewelry with a soft cloth (sunglasses cloths are recommended) after each wear to remove make up and oils. Keep this cloth dry at all times and do not use any jewelry or silver cleaning product nor water. 

CUSTOMER CARE

If the jewel presents factory defect we provide six-month warranty to exchange the jewel through our customer care team. 
We consider factory defect damages cases such as ruptures, split or fall of jewelry pieces. Tarnishing and plating fading are not considered factory defects.
